Sri Sharada Grand Musical Works is one of the oldest stores manufacturing and selling musical instruments. It had been functioning at Shivarampet since its inception. For the convenience of its customers, who include many non-resident Indians (NRIs), the proprietors opened the exclusive showroom which displays classical and western instruments under one roof. Their shop is popular for veena instrument. The tabla, harmonium and mridangam are also popular.
